I am hoping, with their permission to share some of the photos on my blog under the SHINE DOWN Tab! no, I’m no Conny Wenk, but you can check me out at Eve’s Wish Photography on facebook or my website.

    Rock on sister!
As fabulous as Conny’s photos are….you have an eye of your own and a vision for what you want to accomplish that can only come from you. It’s what makes Conny unique and wonderful, and it is what will make your endeavor wonderful and unique too!
You know a funny thing happened to me the other day; I was reading a women’s magazine, and they had an article about their recent “Cutest Kids” photo contest. You know, the ones where parents submit pics of their cute kids in hopes of their photo (and kid) getting in the magazine. The article showed the “runners up” and then a big spread for the “winner.” And you know what….the kids were really cute. I mean, yeah.
    Cute.
Now of course non of them were disabled or had Ds, and I’m not here to take issue with that. Perhaps none were submitted…I’ve no idea.
But my point in telling you this story is well….they were all very cute and all but….well heck, I’ll just come out and say it.
They were so normal looking. Ha ha!
So ummm….typical. Typical in such a typical-cute-curly-headed-toddler-kind of way. I don’t want to say boring, because kids (even ones without Ds) are cute.
But seriously? Aren’t kids with Ds just THE CUTEST KIDS YOU’VE EVER SEEN IN YOUR LIFE??

So keep snapping your pictures, keep publishing your work…never compare yourself to anyone else!
I look forward to seeing more of your work!!
